이때는 본인이 돌본 아이들의 명수나 개월수(나이)그리고 어떤 종류의 액티비티를 했는지를 간략하게 이야기 해주면 좋습니다.

When children come to the center, I want them to see my smile and be greeted with a warm welcome, so they can feel comfortable and secure. 아이가 센터에 오면 제 미소를 보고 따뜻한 환영을 받아서 아이들이 편안하고 안심할 수 있게 해줬으면 좋겠습니다.

 

What do you want them to see when they come to the center? 아이들이 데이케어에 왔을때 어떤 것을 봤으면 좋겠습니까?

 

I want to see children arriving at the center with smiles, greeted by welcoming teachers, and finding fun activities on the tables and in the sitting area so that they can feel like this is their second home. 아이들이 웃는 얼굴로 센터에 도착해 선생님들을 맞이하고 테이블과 좌식 공간에서 재미있는 활동을 찾아 이곳이 제2의 집이라는 느낌을 받을 수 있도록 하고 싶습니다.

I can encourage positive behavior in the classroom by using positive language and promoting cooperation and teamwork. For example: 나는 교실에서 긍정적인 언어를 사용하고 협동심과 팀워크를 증진시킴으로써 긍정적인 행동을 격려할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어서:

• Instead of saying "Don't cut the line," you can say "Please stand in line."
• Instead of telling them to "Stop throwing sand," you can suggest "Let's dig together."
• When organizing activities, focus on teamwork rather than competitive games.
• These approaches create a more positive and cooperative classroom environment.
• "줄을 끊지 마세요"라고 말하는 대신 "줄을 서주세요"라고 말하면 됩니다.

Second, I would maintain a strict staff-to-child ratio to provide adequate supervision and assign a designated point person responsible for safety throughout the trip. Listen without prejudice, take notes, be encouraging and supportive and try not to interrupt. Ask open ending and leading questions so as to gain a full picture of what has happened and take your time. Ask the parent whether they can suggest a solution or a way forward. 편견 없이 듣고, 메모하고, 격려하고 힘이 되어 주고, 방해하지 않도록 노력하세요. 열린 결말과 주도적인 질문을 던져 무슨 일이 일어났는지 전체적으로 파악하고, 천천히 이야기하세요. 부모님에게 해결책이나 앞으로의 방법을 제안할 수 있는지 물어보세요.

 

Scenario 1) A child is not having a good day, how would you approach with this child?

시나리오 1) 아이가 좋은 하루를 보내고 있지 않은데, 이 아이를 어떻게 대하겠습니까?(아이가 데이케어에서 울고 있거나 친구들과 잘 같이 놀지 못하는 경우를 말하는 것 같았음)

Scenario 2) A group of girls are preparing for talent stage. but they don't let other children to participate, how would you deal with it?

I would explain to them that a successful talent stage needs many people, including a host, audience members, and a variety of participants. Involving lots of people can make the talent stage a very successful and enjoyable event for everyone.성공적인 탤런트 무대를 위해서는 진행자, 관객, 다양한 참가자 등 많은 조력자가 필요하며, 많은 사람들이 참여하는 것이 탤런트 무대를 모두에게 매우 성공적이고 즐거운 행사로 만들 수 있다고 설명하고 싶습니다.
